A consortium of investors led by OC acquired a controlling stake in Maser Finance Co., a US-based specialty finance company focused on the franchising industry. Maser provides senior debt, mezzanine and preferred equity to franchise operators across the US. The company’s current managed portfolio spans over 800 franchise units across +30 brands, including such familiar names as Pizza Hut, Burger King, Papa John’s, Jack-in-the-Box and Holiday Inn.
